Sapped cheek

This week I had to take Tristan to the Dr as he was getting a rather red face.. well it was Slapped cheek.. Something the girls have never had.. and well we can't exactly figure out where it came from.. who knows where these things come and go... I hope we don;'t end up giving it to all our friends..

Felicity and Claire were playing Hide and Seek today and Felicity seems to be a tad confused as to what it is actually called.

She had her first day of Kinder on Wednesday and I was a helper.. It was awesome, there was only half the kids and they were all over the place.. I thought I was going to have a melt down.. I am so glad I am not a teacher, especially of kinder kids.

On Monday she was so devastated when she realised that Claire was going to school and she wasn't going to kinder. also this week there was only 1 session.. next week there is going to be the normal 2 sessions..

there was painting and gluing and songs and snacks.. all very exciting..

Schools in..

Claire started School on Monday.. so she has now completed a week of Prep. They were only going till lunchtime .. next week will be the full days.. they are gong to have wednesdays off for the rest of the month..

She is so excited.. On the first day she came into wake me in the morning as she was so excited and ready. IT is really wonderful to see her so enthused.. She seems to be having a great time.. On the first day she came home and told us about the new word that she learnt..

"I" is a word and a letter. she then learnt "AM" and "SEE"

She also had a one on one with the teacher to hear about what she knows and understands and how she thinks etc..

Tristan has finally gotten around to saying mum!

On Wednesday I was a helper at Kinder and Tristan was crawling around the place after me saying mumumumumum

awesome.. This is very exciting..

Then he next day he was standing up holding onto the bookcase trying to eat all the books.. and then he just let go and stood on his own.. Hoorah! i bet he will be walking aroudn the place heaps..
