baking on the weekend
I did some baking on the weekend..
I managed to make the honey joys - but I did use sultana flakes instead of corn flakes.. it is basically the same except it has sultanas.. I also burnt some choc chipc cookies... the oven is so crappy.. it was burning the bickies on the bottom but they were all soft and uncooked on top.. so they are a little black on the bottom.. then I made the triple choc brownies that Wendy is famous for.. but she won't be here yet so hopefully mine will be as good as hers..
it is very exciting baking.. i even cleaned up all the dishes after I finished with the baking.. what a good girl I am..
I might make some more things tonight.. hhmm what else was on the list..
may be I should try somethign new and exciting.. that might work..
