off to the gym for lunch
I went last week as well.. I have been feeling really slack and its good to use my muscles.. I am not doing anything extravagant.. Jan the trainer has got me on a nice schedule and we are doing basic light activities.. she is really good.. she has done a great deal of training and also has some pilates knowledge.. she is able to train that as well.. oohh also ball work.. so she always has somethign new and different to try when you go in.. it makes it much more un and if she has 10 different ways of doing the same action you don;t get bored and can find the one that best suits your needs..
