I love baking
Its such good fun..
then there is the problem of cleaning up afterwards.. but that dosen't matter too much.. I like to clean as I go.. then there are times where I can avoid the extra cleaning, by having 3 sets of measuring cups and 2 sets of measuring spoons, 5 spatulas and 3 cake testers.. I suppose the washing up is the same, but I don't have to wait for clean utensils nefore I can make more goodies..
I also need to expand on what I make.. I often make the same foods over and over.. I also make things that I don't like and get cranky when people won't eat them.. heeeeheeehee.. silly me..
I don't like making things that take too long to prepare.. like cookies that are cut.. all that rolling and cutting and re rolling again.. its so annoying.. also cleaning the cutters is annoying and you have to have a nice flat clean surface to roll onto... so much easier to make things in balls..
