resting up at home

we have had a really busy few days.. so today and yesterday we have been resting at home.. Philby is watching the cricket and snoozing on the couch... Fleicity has just got up and will be having drinks of milk soon..

she had a really great sleep last night.. i fed her about 6.30 - 7 pm and then she went t bed about 8 ish.. and she didn't wake till after 7 am.. fabulous!!!

Claire has been attempting to sleep for the last 2 hours.. i think she has finally gone to sleep now.. she is just so silly.. she calls out o use for all sorts of things.. this time we had: hugs, nappy changes, need of pants because she was 'really cold' but not under the doona, hhmm some singing and door shutting and not sure what else... ooohh yes drinks of water..

Zoo visit next week

we are off to the zoo next week, saturday 23rd dcember.. please some along and birng the fun..hhmm its costs $22 for an adult..

Baby Ruby May has arrived in the world.. I cn't remember when now hhmm perhaps about 2 weeks ago.. sorry kylie.. I will be rounf to visit soon..

bad smell

there is a funky smell near the kiktchen sink.. now the rubbish bin is below th sink, but its not that smell and the sponge is all new and clean and the bench is all cleaned off anf there is no fruit bowl at the moment.. I am a bit worried that some animal had died in the walls or something..

there is also some more worrying worm things.. they appear to have fallen from the chimney.. there were about 5 little dead white worm things on the hearth yesterday ... i guess dead is good, but where do they come from.. oohh dear..

I ended up haveing a night mare about worms last night.. eeeewwwww...

been busy

Phil has gone to bed early.. I have taken over the pinkuter.. hoorah for me..

hhmm.. today we went to the day care christmas party... santa was there and claire got a fire helmet ... she was pretty happy.. she also got her face painted with a butterfly... she is just so funny... she could keep us entertained all the time.. she has a friend called Asher and she just loves him to bits... the whole time we were there she wanted to know wher eAsher was what he was doing and was trying to find him... he played a bit with her and then went bck to his folks.. poor Asher, Claire was chasing him around lall the time .. he couldnt escape..

we also went to visit the newly arrrived frenchies... Katia and Sylvain arrived today and were a bit excitable.. perhaps its the lack of sleep or the warm weather, but they were just thrilled to be here...
we had lots of discussions on food.. salt and vinegar chips in partiular and then a bit on lollies and mushrooms..
its so amazing that we haven't seem them for like 3 years but it feels like they haven'tbeen gone at all.. I guess for them its a bit more of a shock because we have 2 children and all.. but claire is attempting to charm them with her cuteness..
