crazy munchkins..

Last night I was in charge of picking up the girls from day care.. and my goodness they were mental..

Felicity spent about 15 mins in the carport crying and screaming as I wouldn't pick her up and she was refusing to walk on her own..

so that was the start of much ado over nothing..

I can't even write it all up.. it was brain hurty and loud and I ended up eating toast for dinner. oh well..

eventually Philby came home to save us all from doom.. and everyone ate thier dinner after being in bed for like an hour and then it was nice and peacful.. lovely..

Still sugar free...

so today i have had lots of yummy things..

just over half a banana
some buts and currant
rolls. and the best bit of apple blackcurrant juice.

I was also expecting to get some kind of chocolate withdrawal headaches.. but no.. i think i might be okay..

hhmm.. I was planning on goin outside to get some fresh air and sunschine but we have been so busy that i just ate lunch at my desk. hhmm will just have to wait till later than.. boring..

BIG problems at work today..

Sugar free for over 24 hours now..

and I DEFINATELY notice the difference..

yes I am more awake less sluggish and in particular much nicer to my husband...

heee hee hee hee hee..

so I didn't eat any chocolate, ice cream or lollies at all yesterday..
I usually only lat like half a day and then start eating naughty things but i think if I can notice the difference in just one day, It might be time to turnover a new leaf..

Especially since I went shopping for jeans the other day and could not find a pair that fitted.. they were all too small in the leg area and then if they fitted in the leg area, they were way too baggy in the tummy/groin area.. My current jeans have started to get holes... hhmm might have to go on a run also..

well I am often a bit sleepy..

hhmmm.... the time i finish up at owrk is coming soon.. I will have to sit on teh train for a while.. i think htat may be hurting my brain.. so ... what should I do.. not really sure.. I can fill up on sugar and chocolate.. BUT .. well then the whole thing of me being good for the day will be a big waste.. hhmm i wonder why i can smell all this perfume.. blah.. it is making me a bit whoozy..

getting ready...

So last night Philby finally got me to sit still and chat about where we want to go on our holiday. There are like so many places that I have no idea about.. so we kind of made a loop from France up and around that will encompase many of the neighbouring countries.. now we just have to find ouit what fun and exciting things are in there.

OOHHH MY GODS! Sabine, rang this morning to tell me that she saw FLAMINGO'S in France.. like totally crazy... I REALLY want to see them.. I hope its not too far away..

hhmm so Rach tells me that DOver castle is awesome but the kids migth get scrared cos its all dark tunnels and stuff.. and well I;m just not sure what else there is.. oohhh there will be so many wonderful things..

Felicity is such a big kid now.

well.. last week we went off to Ikea to purchase a lovely new bed for Felicity..
It was a huge adventure and very exciting.. we wandered around for ages picking up some very exciting items.. oohh seom new sheets.. and some brown paper.. I am not sure what fun things I will be doing with this brown paper but I can't wait to get out the craft box.

we eneded up assembling it on wednesday night while both the girls were supposed to be sleeping in Claires bed.. (Cliare was being a great big sister ans sharign ) hhmm not a great idea. Felicity was wandering the place for ages.. eventually they both went to sleep and it was so so so adorable.. in the morning we found Felicity sleeping on the floor..

so the next night it was time for big girls bed for her.. she kept getting up and going into the hallway to hug her old cot mattress.. hee hee.. she even fell asleep on the floor in front of it with her Teddy Dog as a pillow.. oohh and another time she fell asleep inher room on the floor just behind the door.. so when we went in we bumped into her and had to really gently push the door open while dragging her out the way.. poor thing.. anyway all going well now.. she has figured out that it is much more comfy and warm to sleep in the bed than on the floor.. its only take about 4 nigths and now she is really great at going to bed..

We have also started to have her sitting up at the dinner table with us instead of in the high chair.. this also was a bit tricky at the start and now is going fabulously.. she loves to be sitting up with us all and now only tries to climb off when she had enough food.

oohh my she is suich a big kid..

potatoes all gone.

I went and got some potaties to eat for lunch.. yummy yummy..

BUT know they are all gone.. I should have know it would leave me feeling empty as it only cost $3.20 normally it costs like $4.50... hhmm.. I am thinking about gong back to get more.. perhaps this is not a good idea.. oohh i think i will ..

Bed Hair!

I am seeing an increasing number of people on the train, at the station and around the city with the same 'do'. I like to think of it as Bed hair. You know the look, its all kind of matted at the back and parts of the hair are travalling in different directions to the rest of the hair.. It really is rather worrysome.. cos like that means they didn't have a shower.. eeww.. I am not sure that this trend should catch on..

In the mean time I am going to be very un fashionable and keep showering.

FILTH BEAST!! thats what I have to say on that matter.

Shopping for staples

Doing our weekly shop tonight, we came across a view that should make any aussie lass homesick.

25% off too. We'll be heading off to the post office this week if anyone has a request :)

I am so full of sugar, I think I migth fall down.

so I am currently at work.. and i have been eating jaffas.. yummy.. oohh dear I am really having problems tryping.. and I am kind of light headed.. i think i might escape and have a lunch break soon...

I am on the late shift today.. finish aat 6.30pm..

It is really exciting that it is the weekend, but the whole house needs a clean.. hhmm perhaps if I stay out really long Philby will clean the house for me.

oohh and the supermarket shopping.. i have to do that.. i really need some eggs so that I can do some baking.. perhaps i will buy some chickens.. then I can have eggs all the time. how cool would that be.. oohh so way cool..

oohh I was watching the biggest loser last night. IT was amazing, some people lost like 70Kilos.. ooh h my gods.. it does kind of encourage me to do better, but wowee.. i would not be able to eat mountains of jaffas..

I am not really sure what I wanted to write about today..

I am feeling rather strange as there have been some craziness at playgroup nad considereing I don;t even attend anymore it all just seems like a bad dream. I am the president of the committee and so I kind of have some resposobilitie which up till now had no been a great deal.. anyway the short story is people getting grumpy and people not wanting to come to playgroup anymore.. I really though i left all this behind when I was 18.

I admit that it would be very difficult to be a people manager.. there are all these people striving to get ahead in work and really I could not be bothered.. especailly when you have to talk to some crazy people. blah blah blah... i think i am kind of a hard person to manage.. I am kind of crazy and kind of spooky and kind of loud..
