We are WINNERS!

We have managed to purchase the beautiful house (conditional on finance and a building inspection)

AND we have also managed to sell our place (but still within the 3 day cooling off period)

so we are very much excited and nervous and CANNOT wait to get into the new place and start living it up...

I have been planning the garden, where we want to put things and most importantly where the craft table will fit..

At the moment we don't settle on the new place till after new year, but have to settle on our place in the start of December, so we might be homeless for a month.. Lucky we haev such lovely family and friends who have offered to let us stay with them..

today Phil and I went off to the real estate office to make a written offer on a nice house..

oohh so scary.. I hope hope hope we win..

oohh if we do win then we will have to sell our place.. Ha! I hope some one wants to buy our place...

I am such a grown up now..

our house for sale...

so we have put the house on the market last week... we haev made it so beautiful that we almost want to stay..

Th photographer came on monday to take all the beautiful pictures.. oh its just lovely..
They went on the internet tuesday and from then on People have been slowly driving past, reversing up and down, getting out and peering around the edges and the fences... its kind of creepy.. I had a cleaner come the other day and she said there were some people out the front asking to come in and have a look!

We had the First open for inspection Yesterday at like 2 pm... I had gone and mentioned it to a couple of neighbours, cos the parking around our place is a bit tough (what with being on the corner). so we left about 10 mins before the open and there were like 3 - 4 groups of people already wandering around the street..

we took the kids to play mini golf.. the estate agent called us while playing mini golf to tell us how it all went.. when we had left the house she said that the last open she had been to was really busy and had 15 groups of people.. so when she asked me hoe many groups I thought had come along I guessed 10... but no it was exactly 44!!!!

OH MY GODS! thats gotta be like 100 people in the house for liek 30 mins.. aparentlyy one of the neighbours called the office and complained that their drive way was blocked and people were starting to get all annoyed and so she will be calling them back and giveing out the section 32 on Monday..

OH dear.. I am so glad that its her job to call all those people back..
so hope fully this means we will get a great price ...

If you have a 3 bedroom place in the ringwood area, it look like now might be a great time to sell..
